Pitcher Protector for Cocktail Mixing Glass

30.00

Newly designed in collaboration with Rye on the Road, this protective case for cocktail mixing glasses is a must-have for the traveling bartender or cocktail enthusiast who's always lugging barware to a party or friend's house.

Wrapping your mixing glass in a tea towel only works for so long, and we've got the broken glass to prove it. We've been using a Pitcher Protector since 2014, and it's held up beautifully.

Designed by bartenders Phillip Mauro, Vince Toscano, and Jon Gasparini, who work at Rye in San Francisco, the Pitcher Protector is made of durable denim with insulating foam, and features a snag-free recessed zipper.

This collaboration is made of black denim with a black zipper, unbranded save for the "Rye on the Road" label. It's made by hand in San Francisco, and fits standard size yarai, mixing glasses, and cocktail mixing beakers.  It's a perfect fit with the Hammered Mixing Glass, and my, do they look good together!

If you order a Pitcher Protector and a Hammered Mixing Glass together, the glass will ship inside the case for extra protection.

Made in San Francisco. Cloth, Foam, plastic zipper; 6.75 x 4.5 inches, 5 oz.

**NOTE**

The Black Denim + Black Zipper design is currently being manufactured by hand in San Francisco.  Below images are examples of a previous design in blue denim, but with color removed to illustrate a very close approximation of final design. Updated Photos coming soon. The "Rye on the Road" label is red on white.
